An update

What?
As I'm experimenting with Flux, certain advantages are becoming apparent.

It needs much less, let's say, 'encouragement' to give good results. For the SDXL/Pony pics here, i have to torture the models to get nice results.

That is not the case with Flux. It is a lot better at just doing what is in the prompt - in normal language (mostly).
It gives me dark when i say 'dark'.

The percentage of unusable pictures is a lot lower with Flux. It is noticably better at fingers for example, which SDXL struggles with.

And also
The faces...

There is a sort of default SDXL face that wants to emerge every time you generate a pic. Controlling that is tedious.
Flux is a lot less predictable when it comes to faces, and getting variation is easier.

Pony can do porn, but that gets old quicker than good photos do, even if those are faked with AI.

So I will be putting up Flux pictures in blog posts for a bit, until some progress is made with SDXL - either models or new technology.

Or i find some new AI toy that does even better pics.
